Music and Motion is a duo for marimba and trombone. Commissioned by trombonist Hoyt Andres, the title comes from the book "Traveling Music" by Neil Peart. Dr. Andres, like Peart, is an avid cyclist, thus the piece is a dialogue between the music of the marimba and trombone along with the motion found in a century bike ride. Sample: Music and Motion

Una Poco Fughetta is a duo for marimba and piano. Originally composed for piano, this arrangement is for the marimba and piano acting as equal partners. The polyphonic nature of a two-voice fugue is presented here in two separate instruments in a short and simple (a "little little") melodic fugue. Sample: Una Poco Fughetta
